02

What data we process

Data you provide to us in a WhatsApp conversation.

Technical data recorded automatically by the server: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type.

03

Purposes and legal bases for processing

Responding to your enquiry and taking action at your request prior to the possible conclusion of an agreement — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Maintaining ongoing correspondence and establishing, pursuing or defending against claims, which constitutes our legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

04

Please be careful when describing your case

In your first message, describe your situation in general terms. At this stage, do not send special category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR, in particular information about health, religion, political opinions or ethnic origin, nor scans of documents.

Details will be arranged through a secure channel once contact has been established.

05

Retention period

We retain data for the time necessary to respond to the enquiry and conclude the correspondence, and thereafter for the limitation period of any potential claims under the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny).

Technical data in server logs is retained for the period resulting from the hosting provider's configuration.

06

Recipients of data

The provider of the hosting and infrastructure on which the website operates, and the email service provider — only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, you are using a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which is a separate data controller and acts under its own privacy policy; in that case, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area on the terms set by that provider.

If you prefer to avoid this channel, contact us by post to the registered address.

07

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest — Articles 15 to 22 GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

08

Voluntary provision of data

Contacting us is entirely voluntary. The scope of the data you provide to us depends solely on you.

09

No automated decision-making

We do not profile users or make decisions concerning them by means of automated processing alone.

10

Cookies

The website may use cookies necessary for its proper functioning. You may change your cookie settings in your browser at any time.

If we implement analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will ask for your consent before activating them and update this policy.

11

Changes to the policy

If the rules on data processing change, we will update this page and indicate the date of the last update.
